29 genetic variants influence the risk of Alzheimer’s disease

By-proxy strategy sequenced healthy individuals who inherited the genome of at least 1 AD-diagnosed patient – and uncovered 29 genetic variants influencing the risk of Alzheimer’s disease, including 9 previously not known variants.
